We pack each order with care and work with reputable carriers to deliver it as reliably as possible. This policy explains how orders move from checkout to your door.
Order Processing
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. During seasonal peaks, product launches or exceptional events, processing may take longer. If there is a material delay, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Destinations and Delivery Times
Available destinations and delivery options are shown at checkout. Typical transit time is 5–12 business days after dispatch, but destination, service level and customs procedures can affect this estimate. Remote areas may require additional time. We do not guarantee a delivery date unless a specific service expressly states otherwise.
Shipping Cost and Duties
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, product size and selected service. Import duties, VAT, local taxes, customs charges and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless checkout explicitly says that duties are prepaid.
Address Accuracy
Please review your delivery address carefully before placing an order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order enters processing. DAAI is not responsible for delays, loss or additional charges caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied at checkout.
Receiving Your Order
Please inspect the outer package when it arrives. If it appears damaged, take photos before opening it and report the issue to wul420497@gmail.com within 48 hours. Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved. This does not affect rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain models, batteries or accessories may be unavailable in some locations because of carrier, aviation, import or local product requirements. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot legally or safely be delivered to the requested destination.
